Dear Footpath Walker
Thank you for walking footpaths in the Parish of Cradley and Storridge and sharing your findings with the Parish Council. With your help this will enable us to better care for our footpaths. We are looking to note problems that we as a council will be able to deal with eg a bridge, stile, steps, kissing gate or finger post needing a repair or replacing. Occasionally a footpath might become impassable or even diverted. We need to know! Only then can we take remedial action. Quite often the council can get a grant for these works under the Public Rights of Way scheme (PROW). For our parishioners this is a win-win situation – footpaths that are better to walk/navigate/negotiate at no extra cost to the council and parishioners.
Please print off and record your findings in the appropriate box, recording an N/A if the feature isn’t present and a tick if the feature is present, correct and in good condition. If you find a problem please add a brief description of it. If possible, please submit completed forms in edited word document and send to the clerk at clerk@cradleyandstorridge-pc.gov.uk
